We aim to process, cook, package and dispatch all of your orders for next day delivery.

As we supply only fresh food and all of our prep meals are each made to a customers bespoke specification, no refunds will be given on orders once placed and processed.

We unfortunately accept no liability for meals left outside homes, we highly recommend are able to receive your Eat Clean Cuisine parcel in person or give a special instruction to the courier when ordering.

Please carefully check all address carefully when you place your order as we if we are unable to deliver your goods within the allocated delivery slot then you are liable for the order.

We are only liable for good to remain at the correct 'cool' temperature up to 12pm on the day of delivery.
