Myles has been a chef for 16 years starting his career at Paul Heathcote catering school of excellence, Paul was the first chef to win 2 Michelin stars in the north west. Then went on to work for Garry Rhodes, the Michelin starred juniper, Marco Pierre White and Aiden Byren. Myles now works as a private chef cooking for the likes for Michael Jordan, Michael Owen, Wes Brown, Andrew Cole, Alex Turner and Dawn Ward.

Myles in his spare time has a passion for weight training and exercise and with this feels as if there is a gap within the take away market for a healthy eating take away/restaurant. Having lost 4 stone in 18 weeks just by changing his diet! If I was a z list celebrity I would be on the front page of magazines and selling DVDs, but with me being a chef I believe I change help change the way we think about eating healthy but taking away.

How can I get a healthy body?
